Deliveries within Germany

The shipping of the items is only insured by DHL.

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the items to be shipped and are € 3.90 and € 4.90 per order.

From a purchase value of 100 € we ship free of charge within Germany.

Unfortunately, self-collection is not possible.

Deliveries to other EU countries

We ship to all EU countries.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows flat rate:

Note:

Deliveries abroad may be subject to customs duties, taxes and other fees that are not included in the total price displayed.

FABRICATION TIME

All items are processed after receipt of order and payment. Since each item is made individually for them by hand with great care and a lot of love, the processing time is about 7-28 business days.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within 7-18 working days, for foreign deliveries within 10-20 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays and there may be delays with the external service providers for which we are not responsible.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If some items are not available at short notice or the promised delivery time is delayed, you will be informed by e-mail.
